Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potato sticks on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the fries in the basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
Optional Deep-Fry Method:
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry in batches for 3–4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season immediately.
